• Must be physical fit and mentally robust.
• Minimum height should be 5′ 6″
• Should be minimum Matriculate (10=2) preferred.
• Age in the span of 18 to 48 years.
• Should be able to read and write in Hindi & English.

Our organization came in to working successfully since 2003. Our organization is a team of staff consisting of retired DEFENCE Personnel who have wide knowledge of organizing security administration. Main duties of our Security Staff
(a) Our security services will be responsible to guard & secure your premises. We shall also be responsible for the following.
(b) To keep liaison with the police/ local Authorities in order to get timely help in case of emergency.
(c) To Advice the management on such system as may be deemed necessary to carry out security efficiency.
(d) To keep at most vigilance of the units round the clock and ensure security of personnel material and property.
(e) To exercise access controls and ensure that no unauthorized person enters the premises and also maintain record of all visitors.
(f) Maintaining proper order & discipline in the unit area.
(g) Duty allocation to watch and ward staff.
(h) To carry out any other task allocated by management in the interest of the security of the premises/ installation concerned.
(i) Our personnel are forbidden to become members of any Trade Union.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
(a) Any additional work force required at the time of Labor unrest/ strike can be provided by us at short notice.
(b) Hand held Metal Detectors can be provided for frisking of workers to act as deterrent involving themselves in any undesirable activities e.g. theft, pilferage’s etc
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The persons engaged in rendering the above noted services will be on our rolls & we are fully responsible company with the provisions as prescribed under the following act.
(a) The employee’s state insurance act. 1948 (ESIC).
(b) The employee’s provident fund & misc. provisions act. 1952.
(c) The minimum wages act.
(d) The contract (Abolition & Regulation) Act. 1970.
(e) The payment of wages act.
(f) Service tax as per Govt. rule.
